01 · The problem

A curtain and fabric showroom managed its entire customer workflow manually — walk-ins, site measurements, quotations — leading to lost inquiries, inaccurate measurements, and slow turnarounds.

02 · What I built

The complete shared PHP Slim REST backend serving 5+ Flutter apps (admin, sales, architect, maintenance, customer) as the sole backend developer, and co-developed the admin app: inquiry management, product selection with images, site-visit measurements, estimates with discounts and labor charges, PDF quotation export, and OTA updates.

03 · The impact

In daily production use by the client — the showroom's entire workflow from customer walk-in to quotation delivery now runs through the system.

What I did

• Designed and built the complete shared PHP Slim REST backend serving 5+ Flutter apps — sole backend developer for the ecosystem.
• Co-developed the admin app: inquiries, product selection with images, measurements, estimates with discounts and labor charges, PDF quotations.
• Implemented OTA update capability for client-side app updates without Play Store redeployment.
• Built the re-selection flow handling customers changing product choices mid-process, re-triggering measurements and quotations.
• System in daily production use by the client.
