What I did
- Designed a template-based document generation engine using variable substitution that automated 100+ government scheme templates.
- Built smart data pre-filling: known company data auto-populates, dynamic forms appear only for missing fields.
- Implemented one-click bulk generation with zip packaging — 10+ documents generated and downloaded in a single click.
- Multi-format output: PDFs (DomPDF), Excel (PhpSpreadsheet), and bulk zips from one template system.
- Enabled non-technical users to create new templates for new schemes without code changes.
- Optimized complex SQL queries across a 120+ table, 5+ GB MySQL database to restore processing speed.
