01 · The problem

A Surat-based diamond manufacturer needed a professional online presence for international buyers — region-specific pricing and currency, lead capture, and stock management the client could run without a developer.

02 · What I built

The full stack as a 2-person freelance team: React frontend, FastAPI backend, customer authentication, quote requests with one-click WhatsApp messaging, multi-category stock management for CVD and natural diamonds, and a complete admin panel. I handled the entire production deployment — VPS, Nginx reverse proxy, PM2, SSL, and DNS.

03 · The impact

Delivered in ~5 weeks while working a concurrent full-time internship. Live at akdiamondlux.com serving 5+ international markets, with the client independently managing stock, leads, and customers.

What I did

• Built and deployed a multi-region business website with dynamic pricing and currency conversion across 5+ international markets.
• Developed a lead-generation platform: customer auth, quote requests, one-click WhatsApp messaging, and multi-category stock management.
• Managed the complete production pipeline on a client VPS: Nginx reverse proxy, PM2 with auto-restart, SSL, and DNS.
• Delivered in ~5 weeks alongside a full-time internship, including a 1-month post-launch support agreement.
• Built an admin panel enabling the client to manage stock, leads, and customers without developer assistance.
